Our Team.

Dr Monika Antepowicz

Dr Monika Antepowicz graduated from the Medical Academy in Warsaw and started to work at the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Teaching Hospital in Warsaw. For the last ten years she has been running a private practice in the Republic of Ireland. She has completed an internship at the Department of Infertility in Dublin within ultrasound diagnosis of early pregnancy and infertility as well as in infertility treatment.

Dr Antepowicz founded the women’s health service in the Fitzwilliam Private Clinic in 2015. During this time, she has made vast improvements to the lives of women who suffer from incontinence and vaginal dryness through FemiLift treatments.

Her main points of interest include: Aesthetic gynaecology, urinary incontinence, vaginal rejuvenation, urogenital syndrome in postmenopausal women

She is registered as a specialist with the Medical Associations in Poland, Republic of Ireland and in the United Kingdom. She is also a member of the British Fertility Society.

Sandra McGovern Chartered Physiotherapist

Sandra completed her honours physiotherapy degree in Teesside University having first completed an honours degree in Rehabilitation studies in Wolverhampton University. She is a fully qualified APPI Pilates instructor and has qualifications in both acupuncture and dry needling. Sandra also has an ITEC diploma in sports massage, sports injuries, personal training and exercise prescription. Sandra has also taken an advanced manual therapy course covering grade one to grade 5 manual therapy and manipulation.

After graduating as a chartered physiotherapist, Sandra worked in private practice in Drogheda gaining experience in spinal, musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions. Sandra has worked in women’s health incontinence assessment and treatment and has further her studies in diastasis recti testing and rehabilitation. She has also worked with the Irish ballet association, Dublin rebels American footballers and has worked with UCDs strength training coach with varies élite athletes. Sandra spent time in New Zealand where she worked in Lake Taupo for the Rugby world cup, and has gained experience with iron med competitors and junior athletes. She also spent time in Australia where she worked in private practice in a leading physiotherapy company.
